Flushing
Flushing of piping is carried out in order to remove mud, sand, cement, welding slag, loose foreign materials, sludge & iron pieces and such in the pipes, generated during manufacturing, fabrication, transportation, erection and construction process. In addition, flushing increases lifetime of equipment significantly and decreases the likelihood of decommissioning due to contamination. Our Flushing method is purposed to minimize possibility of recontamination during all processes before commissioning of equipment

Chemical Cleaning

Hydraulic Actuated Remote Valve Operating Test
We can operate Hydraulic actuated valves with temporary portable HPU system. This service can be applied during flushing or other situations where permanent HPU system is not operational.

PSV Calibration
UNION carries out PSV calibration, adjustment, repairing service with specialized digital test equipment.

- UNION have special container to perform PSV calibration work including required safety equipment such as lifting davit.
